Crosby IPTK Beam Clamp Adjustable

Description

The Crosby IPTK Beam Clamp comes with a Hoisting Eye an an adjustable clamp. It is available in capacities of 2 through 5 metric tons. It may attach to structures, materials and other lifting components which meet proper Working Load Limit requirements. When the clamp is lowered on the flange of the beam, its weight automatically opens the clamp tongs, which slide under the flange of the beam. When the clamp is lifted, the center plate and gripping tongs work against each other. This applies pressure to the flange surface, which firmly holds the beam or plate girder. The Beam Clamp is commonly used in many industrial applications, including bridge construction, steel erection, drill rigs, and side curbing projects.
